If you would like to cancel a tour which has been booked, please read below for full understanding.

If you choose to cancel the booking as a guest:

More than 14 days before the experience date: You will be refunded 100% of the total price.

Less than 14 days before the experience date: The host will be fully paid, you won't receive a refund.

Cancelled by Host : You will receive 100% refund.

Host

Host : If you as a host, cancels a booking, the guest would receive 100% refund.

Guest : If guest cancels a booking,

More than 14 days before the experience date : Guest will be refunded 100% and you as a host will not receive any payments.

Less than 14 days before the tour date : you will receive payment based on the payment method :

• Online payment (Bank / PayPal) : Full payment will be paid to you.
• Cash payment : You will receive the fee collected for the tour booked.
